GUIDE
Conflict Coaching Model™
Conflict coaching works best when a client feels safe enough to look at their situation honestly, and equipped enough to move through it. The GUIDE Conflict Coaching model™ walks a client through conflict in five connected stages, from a steady foundation to confident action.
A conflict is a kind of coastline, the place where two forces meet and the ground underfoot feels unsteady. The model is a way to travel that coast, moving from the churn where land meets water toward calmer, open sea.
